Italian craft
This beautiful story begins back in 1825. The Bormioli family moved to Fidenza, where it produced its first glass. This continued to expand throughout the 19th century, and by 1903 the Bormioli family company already had 100 employees, and eight years later, 300 employees. In 1944, the company suffered a setback. The factory in Parma was bombed in World War II, destroying much of the company. In the further 20th century, Bormioli develops more and more and in 1972 it has its first major advertising campaign. In 1996, the first weck jar is made. The beginning of a grandiose success for the company.
